PRIDDIS
Resort Inspired Living in Priddis
For this large-scale Priddis property, the goal was to create an outdoor space that felt refined, functional, and connected to the surrounding landscape. The homeowners wanted a design that could accommodate both everyday family life and larger gatherings, while incorporating durable, low-maintenance materials that would perform well year after year.
At the front entrance, a custom cauldron fire bowl creates a strong focal point and welcoming first impression. Natural stone sourced from a local quarry, including a custom address boulder, was incorporated throughout the landscape to tie the property into its natural surroundings. Multiple sizes of Rundle Rock were used to introduce texture, contrast, and a clean, low-maintenance finish. Creston Valley Flagstone steps guide movement from the front yard to the backyard while navigating the property’s 12–15 foot elevation change. Mega Libre Pavers define patios, walkways, and gathering spaces with a natural stone appearance, while strategically placed boulder sand juniper trees provide year-round structure, colour, and visual balance.
